The Yang Brothers

I had previously mentioned (in this post) that me and the bf were looking into buying our first dslr and well, we went for it! $500 plus dollars so I guess you could say we are proud owners of our new “baby,” it’s goes everywhere we go. ahah

I’m slowly learning the ins and outs of how to use the camera to it’s full potential, damn, I hate reading lengthy manuals but what’s cool is we get free classes with the deal so I’m looking forward to getting some hands-on professional help which I’m sure will be very usual.

My first 2 subjects were my boyfriends nephews and let me tell you kids are not easy to persuade to ‘look pretty’ or in their case, handsome, but eventually with a little sweet talking and then a few idle threats, they warmed up to it! They even went to the bathroom to fix their own hair…very cute and not entirely unexpected since they’ve been raised around their vain uncle, aka my rockstar, aka the annoying boyfriend. haha! So anyways the bf had programed the camera setting on the mode I wanted but I forgot to turn the flash on…idiot me, ah well, with a little help from photo shop I’m pretty happy with how the pictures turned out and how darling are my bf’s nephews!!!
