More Christmas cheer

I was over at my bf’s brother’s house this past weekend and they had their tree up so I had to get a picture of my favorite ornament on the tree, an elegant looking red patterned bauble. I love details; my eyes love to feast on them, not literally of course. Man, I am soo sad; our Christmas tree is mostly ready for the recycle bin already. =( It still looks nice all lit-up at nighttime tho, yay!

Also this weekend, I got to see their little chubby cheeks; he is so lovable….if only we could borrow babies like we borrow clothes, lol, I’ll return him when he stops being cute, promise! =p

So I finished wrapping gifts yesterday, I’m not the best gift-wrapper so I was looking online for some tips and found it at expertvillage.com Not only is Santa Claus a giving person but he’s also very helpful!…and a bit of a smart ass. =D

Speaking of gifts,

I was at the mall this weekend and was passing one of those kiosks, but this time, instead of avoiding it (like I would some clueless bastard with beer breath, *gags at the thought) I stopped to look…their stand was so sparkly I couldn’t resist, damn them! ahah. So we ended up getting my mom this pretty butterfly barrette from a company called hijuki. It seems like a bit of a rip off to pay $40 for a single barrette but at least the stones are guaranteed for life or so the sales lady said. I had to get it though because my mom always wears barrettes and this one reminds me of her.

I mentioned in a previous post about this product, Clinique’s Supermoisture make-up, so I bought it to try out! It has a slight shimmer to it; I’m not sure yet if I like my face to sparkle like a fairy’s but I’ll wear it out and see how it feels.

Hey…. Happy early xmas! I revamped a photo of you and have it up on myspace. You should check it out….. On my computer it looks nice so hopefully it’ll look great on yours too lol. the reason i say this is because i worked on this photo on 3 different computers and every computer i was on, the photo looked different! But I hope you like it, it has a xmas-y look to it hehe.

your presents are nicely wrapped! I’ve figured that noone pays much attention to the wrapping because they’d rather quickly get inside the present as fast as they can… So, I don’t spend much time wrapping mine and making it look pretty like yours. hehe.

Well.. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year’s!!

I love wrapping presents! I can’t say I wrap pretty, but I love doing it =P I’m not into those stick-on bows so I tend to buy expensive ribbons and tie my own bow. Er, not to mention those thick expensive wrapping papers as well. Everyone always says “No one cares, we’re gonna rip it apart anyways!” My boyfriend said, “Why don’t you just recycle the paper since it’s so strong?” lol.
