Can’t get enough of christmas

DSC 1550 Cant get enough of christmas

Home Holidays & Traditions

A seasonal store that specializes in collectibles, handcrafted one-of-a-kind ornaments, personalized stockings and complimentary personalization of ornaments.

I happened to stop (more like, skidded to a halt) at this store last weekend and couldn’t help oggling the beautiful Christmas displays. Some might say the trees are overdone but I personally would rather have an over-the-top-all-fancy-like tree than a barren one, see for yourself.

Calm down you minimalists, ugly and barren is not to be mistaken for those wanting a nice and simple look: a few strategically placed lights and ornaments is acceptable and therefore can still be considered….not ugly. =D

I love all the different kinds of snowflakes, I’ll have to incorporate them somehow into the tree next year.

I love almost everything in this store. =/

An underwater theme, what an absurdly ingenious spectacle.

    Oh Fab !!

I love the underwater theme, all those seaweedy bits hanging down from the ceiling…and the mermaids !!
I also love white, frosty, and glass theme too..

We went out around all the shops in London photographing what our Dept. Store competitors did for their Christmas Shops one day in December, this being an annual event in our job…
There were so many gorgeous themes in Christmas decs this year, but my two favourites were the Peacock / Carnivale theme, with all the lovely turquoise / shocking pink / purple colours, huge fake butterflies, tiny peacocks and all kinds of feathers featuring all over the place, and the Oriental red, gold, and black scheme, which our own store featured, with all the tasselled decs !!
