For those of you who aren’t aware (which is prob the majority…no offense taken) we have special events to celebrate the new year in individual cities where there are larger populations of Hmong people, I imagine there could be as many celebrations as there are states. It’s great for the singles crowd because you have ample opportunity to find a new year’s eve date before the actual new year…if you can’t get lucky in one city, try another!
Well, for me it holds more meaning than that but no need to go into it right now since I have pictures waiting to be seen. =D
A few of us in our tradition Hmong outfits . Me minus the hat, can’t mess with the hairdo you know…seriously though, I think my head shrunk (that would explain the missing braincells)…I can’t find one that fits properly. Good thing is that there is always next year, hooray for tradition!
