Red carpet favorites at the Oscars

Marillion Cotillard

Who was also my pick for best dressed at the SAG Awards tops my favorite’s list yet again in a Jean Paul Gaultier mermaid-inspired gown for the 80th Annual Academy Awards.

She was beautiful in this unique creation.

Keisha Whitaker looked phenomenal in a strapless beaded chiffon gown.

Jessica Alba has still got it, she was undeniably beautiful in a plum strapless Marchesa gown accented with feathers.

Nicole Kidman in Balenciaga. This wasn’t my favorite look on her but I like it that she’s daring in her fashion choices.

And no telltale baby bump yet.

Jennifer Garner in Oscar de la Renta. I don’t think pictures do some of these dresses enough justice, it definitely stood out on the red carpet.

Kristin Chenoweth was ultra pretty in an Armani Prive dress.

“Helen Mirren on the red carpet in a custom-made Georges Chakra garnet duchess satin gown that was especially designed for the evening and accented with Swarovski crystal drop sleeves and back.”

I like her, she has an elegant and majestic air about her and still knows how to strut her stuff! =D

Anne Hathaway in a red Marchesa gown. The rose detailing is truly exquisite…I am in awe.

Marillion Cotillard’s dress is very unique..however with the close up it look very much like a mermaid or fish inspired dress. Anne Hathaway admitted last year that she didn’t like the dress the wore to the oscar last year. I hope she like this one better this time around.

lol, I agree, Anne Hathaway’s dress last year was a ghastly sight but she definitely redeemed herself this year! What can I say about Marillion Cotillard but that I’m really starting to like this girl…her speech after winning the Oscars was really charming.
