Flower lovers paradise
We visited the Carlsbad Flower Fields this weekend and what a spectacular array of flowerage, I was riveted by their colorful display!
Ranunculus in bloom
They grow millions of these flowers to harvest the ranunculus bulbs. I felt like running through the fields and picking a bouquet full of them but I contained myself, barely. =d

“The Forbidden Kingdom” reviews
The last movie I saw at the theaters was The Forbidden Kingdom starring the charismatic Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
I have to say, I liked it! Not only for it’s breathtaking sets/locations and great action sequences but each character was believable, if not a little predictable, in their roles. I’m not a big fan of Jet Li but I rather enjoyed his portrayal of the carefree Monkey King. It was all very entertaining and comical to watch that I even forgot I had to use the bathroom! haha, I was also really rooting for the main character by the end of the movie to kick some ass with his new ninja skills and he did me proud! =D

Lighting options
I’ve been looking at some lighting options so for those who are new to photography (like myself), soak up some knowledge with me. The web is such a wonderful teacher *sniffles.

Shooting on the beach in a diffusion room Highly unlikely that I’ll ever be using anything like this but it’s awesome to see how it works.

I’ve also been looking at flash rotating brackets at custombrackets.com but I doubt we’ll be getting one anytime soon, they’re quite pricey, gosh!
