I’ll admit, I fall into that category. I loved my skin in my early 20s, it was flawless….and now, I spend entirely too much time fretting about my little lines and wrinkles when I should be focusing more on my health and bad eating habits. In the end, age catches up with us all so instead of depending on my appearance to make me feel better about myself, I should pick up a hobby that does the same…at least a hobby will stay with me through old age. haha

I’d also like to address the issue of Priscilla Presley’s face; I saw her on Dancing with the Stars and I could not believe the transformation, the once incredibly beautiful face looked almost unrecognizable. It’s quite sad to see one of the gorgeous icons, from an era gone by, looking so unnatural….scary even.

I admire Heidi because she married Seal, who is known to not be too pleasing on the eyes, and was able to look beyond his looks. However, I believe that her response to Iman was subtle sarcasm. The repeated “big big” words proved that. And that doesn’t seem to make her gracious at all.

-lol, thanks for pointing that out, I overlooked her usage of the word but in my opinion…whether she was being humble or using slight sarcasm, either way she intended it, I think it’s great. She’s worked her way up and deserves every little little bit of success. =D

Aww, thanks Grace…I’m totally pulling a Priscilla Presley, I keep wanting to relive my “glory” days but slowly…very slowly, I’m learning to let go and to accept the aging process. At least I can say I like the other things that come with age…experience, patience, and maturity. =D
