Oh christmas tree, oh christmas tree

I ADORE this time of year -putting aside the headache-inducing things like: everyone’s gift list to shop for (especially emo teens), lights and decorations to put up, and attempting to bring the holiday spirit to many a scrooges. Even so, I can’t help but be reminded by this beautiful winter season that…I had to wait so long for it so enjoy it while it’s here!! =D

One of the more superficial reasons for loving this holiday is trimming the tree! May and I love to go ornament shopping…it’s not for everyone but for us, it’s like kids at an amusement park. We’re looking everywhere in awe and touching everything we can get our hands on! Just like amusement park rides though, it’s not for the faint-hearted. =p

This past week we ended up decorating her revolving tree. Yes, revolving tree. Which meant twice the decorations to buy. To the poor house we go!

We had a silver, gold, and pale pink theme for the traditional tree…
oh and snowflakes! I’m starting a snowflake collection…why not?!

PINK TREE! Again, why not?! It’s really growing on me…
It screams girl power! ahah

I’m Christmas tree obsessed too! LOL. I could spend hours and hours just walking and re-walking around the tree decorations isles debating what to buy and what looks good with what. I even go store to store and repeat this process…. =P

Both trees are beautiful! I would do a pink tree, but my hub is anti-pink everything except baby clothes.

      Hi Xia!

Omg, we would get along JUUUUST fine then! ahaha…and I don’t know if the trees look finished yet. Hmm…maybe some white ribbons streaming down the pink tree? A self-proclaimed decorators job is never done! gah! =D

Gorgeous! I’m so jealous. I’ll be decorating my tree this week (finally – been lazy). *hangs head shamefully*

      Hi Julie!

I’m sure it will look fantastic, if ever you get it up! =p

I love both your Christmas trees!! I HATE decorating my tree… I don’t like shopping for ornaments and it takes forever for me to decide. Then taking the decorations down is such a pain too! If you lived nearby, I’d have you come deck out my tree for me!! =)
